This Is No hobby… It's All or Nothing

Most of us were assured of the ‘Promised Land’ when we all started. They say we can do it part time. I do know there are people out there like Mike Filsaime who started out part time successfully. (He too worked his butt off in the beginning if I do remember correctly).

But the problem is, we are also often told that minimum effort is all it needs to make the business work. This in fact is true only if you are an experienced marketer and are already running a successful business and have plenty of experience online!

That’s when you can go on vacation and your business will still make you money, but not when you are just starting out! This has caused a lot of confusion and disappointment for those who take up Internet Marketing as a hobby.

To tell you the truth, if you are not serious in making Internet Marketing work for you, it’ll never work out for you. You need to approach IM seriously, i.e. treat it like a real business.

In a real business you need customers, you need to provide customer service, you need to be responsible, you need to build trust, and you need to…etc.

Therefore we need to keep in mind that people like Mike Filsaime started out with far less noise and promises as we have now.

Also not to forget that he is a true entrepreneur at heart; which means his soul will only rest in peace when he works his heart out and finds success in his business. Most people just want a piece of the pie and jump into the bandwagon not knowing what’s waiting for them at the next corner.

So there’s really no easy way out if you want a successful online business… but it certainly is possible to find a quicker way to the top. And that shortcut is what I have been trying to explain all this time. You need to be prepared for what is to come… and this preparation is what I call ‘Mind Conditioning.’
